Ingredients
2 medium
avocados
Sea salt to
taste
1 tsp ground
cumin
Fresh minced
parsley or cilantro
½ green
onion, diced
1 clove
garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh
lime juice
How to Make It
Peel and
de-pit the avocados. Cut into chunks and
mash with a fork. Blend with the seasonings
until smooth and creamy. Pour lime juice
over and mix thoroughly. Place in a covered
small bowel, including the pit to keep it from darkening. Refrigerate and serve with cut veggies.
Optional:
Add ¼ cup yogurt cheese or mayo for a creamier dip. Or for a salad dressing, think with filtered
water until desired consistency is reached.
